Seeing is not believing…Believing is seeing.

What does it mean to #BeUncommon? Being uncommon simply means being contrary to what’s popular. Romans 12:2 clearly expresses how to be uncommon. “And be not conformed to this world and its fashions, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind” (Romans 12:2). Think about the decisions you make daily. What has more influence? The word of God or your emotions? Are you led by what you feel, or by the spirit of God? As young adults, it’s so easy to depend on what we see, feel, hear, and smell; but it’s not always easy to follow what you can’t see, what you can’t feel, and what you can’t physically hear. But living this way is uncommon. Most people today depend on their senses, or what they can control and observe, but to depend on a God who you’ve never seen can sound kinda crazy right? Well, it’s not. It’s just uncommon. The first step to living an uncommon life is to first understand that what you can’t see is more real than what you can. You must first understand that seeing is actually not believing. Believing is seeing. The moment you understand this, you’re on your way to living an uncommon life.
