We SHiFT to reintroduce young adults to God—stripping away religion and revealing His true nature through love, identity in Christ, and real-life transformation.
Many of us grew up hearing about God, but second-hand knowledge isn’t enough. SHiFT exists to bridge the gap between knowing about God and truly knowing Him. We help young adults move from religion to relationship—walking hand-in-hand with God, rather than just hearing stories about Him.
SHiFT is more than a ministry; it’s a movement. We engage young adults in an authentic, everyday experience of God’s love—challenging them to set the standard in character, integrity, and purpose.
Our Mission
Our mission is to “Re-Present” God as “I Am.” Removing all traces of religion by showing young adults who God is, not who the world says He is. Through love, our purpose is to show young adults who they are in Christ and demonstrate who Christ is through our everyday lives—changing their everyday situations.
We believe encountering God shouldn’t be confined to a church building or traditions. That’s why we create spaces where young adults can experience Him in real, relatable ways—no pretense, no pressure, just His presence.

Meet Our Pastors
Sylvester & Ayana Abakah
Pastors Sylvester and Ayana Abakah are passionate about leading the next generation into a real and personal relationship with Jesus. As the Young Adult Pastors at World Changers Church International, they shepherd SHiFT—a ministry designed to help young adults encounter God beyond religion and experience faith in their everyday lives.
Born and raised in metro Atlanta, both Sylvester and Ayana have called WCCI home for over 25 years. Their journey began in the Teen Ministry, where they first met while serving, and today, they are happily married with two beautiful children. With nearly two decades of ministry experience, their heart remains centered on guiding young adults to truly know God—not just hear about Him.
Beyond ministry, Pastor Sylvester brings over ten years of expertise in marketing and branding, while Pastor Ayana, a retired cosmetologist, has spent 16 years creating content that inspires and empowers through beauty, life, and faith on YouTube. Their combined experiences shape a dynamic and relatable approach to ministry—one that meets young adults where they are and equips them to thrive in faith, relationships, careers, and purpose.
Under the leadership of Pastors Creflo and Taffi Dollar, the Abakahs are committed to creating a space where young adults can ask the hard questions, grow in their faith, and see God move in real, tangible ways. Their vision for SHiFT is clear: to break free from religious formalism and introduce this generation to the authentic love of Christ through community, connection, and transformational experiences.
